Healthy Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Drink

Organic Apple Cider has numerous benefits: lower BP, lower cholesterol, build up potassium levels, balance PH levels and detoxify the body just to name a few.  To learn more about the benefits, pick up your copy of the Bragg ACV Book.  Below is the recipe for a Healthy Drink that I make 1-2 times a day.  

ACV Drink 

8 oz - Water

1/2 oz - ACV (Use 1-2 tbsp if you find that 1/2 oz of ACV is too much to bare)

1-2 tsp - Lemon Juice

1-2 tbsps - Raw Honey

1-2 shakes of Cayenne Pepper (optional)

2-3 shakes - Organic Cinnamon
